Fractured – How We Protect Your Information
Last updated: February 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cynterio Techspace LLC ("Cynterio Techspace", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game "Fractured" (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not install or use the Game.
Cynterio Techspace LLC is a company registered in the United States, in the State of South Carolina. You can contact us about privacy matters at:

Fractured is a single‑player sci‑fi themed jigsaw puzzle game designed for a general audience, including adults and children. The Game does not contain violence, sexual content, gambling, or other content that would typically make it unsuitable for younger players. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, such as names or email addresses. However, we may use third‑party services (for example, advertising and analytics providers) that process device‑level information and identifiers; for users identified as children or in regions with child‑specific privacy rules, we take steps to limit this processing as described in this Policy.
We do not ask you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal contact details to play Fractured. In particular, we do not directly collect:
You play as a guest, and your game progress is stored locally on your device (for example, unlocked levels and puzzle completion).
Even though we do not collect contact details, certain technical information is collected automatically by third‑party services integrated in the Game, such as Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and Google AdMob. Depending on your device and settings, the following categories of information may be collected:
Our third‑party partners may use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to collect and store information on or from your device. These technologies help deliver ads, provide analytics, and improve stability and performance. On mobile devices, these technologies are typically controlled at the app or operating system level rather than by browser settings; you can change your tracking and ad personalization preferences in your device settings.
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, our legal bases for processing your information typically include:
The Game displays ads using Google AdMob. Because the Game is suitable for children and adults, we treat it as a mixed‑audience app and take steps to comply with child‑privacy regulations. We configure AdMob to use a maximum ad content rating appropriate for children and families, tag ad requests as child‑directed where required, and restrict personalized advertising for child users.
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We limit our data sharing to the purposes described in this Policy and use mainstream providers such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob. You may opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your device settings or contacting us.
You have several options to control how information is collected and used:
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Local game progress is kept until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Analytics and crash data may be retained for a period defined in our Firebase settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact pro@cynterio.tech with enough information to identify your device or app usage.
We recognize that children deserve additional privacy protection. For users identified as children, we do not knowingly collect direct identifiers, configure our services to limit advertising to child‑appropriate content, and respond to verifiable parental requests.
Our service providers may process information on servers located in various countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses may be used to protect your information.
The Game currently uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and Google AdMob. These providers process data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The Game currently does not include in‑app links to external websites or social media pages. If we add such links in the future, those sites will have their own privacy policies.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed in connection with the Game from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Game after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective indicates that you have read and understood the changes.
